Making the Case for Safe Ice Handling
When San Jamar wanted to promote their Saf-T-Ice System to the foodservice industry, we started by making a good case for safe ice handling. Using a case file design, we educated customers on how good ice can go bad and how that can impact their customer's experience, and their business. Once the cold hard facts were in place, we presented the company's solutions for safely transporting and serving ice, and properly cleaning ice machines.
